About Dan

Dan Bowen is the founder and driving force behind Hit Fitness Training. While he leads the vision of the business, he remains hands-on – training clients daily and working closely with his team to maintain the standard he’s built.

Growing up in Philadelphia, Dan developed an early appreciation for discipline, teamwork, and staying active through sports. That foundation led him to pursue a career in fitness, beginning at the National Personal Training Institute and continuing at Montgomery County Community College, where he earned his degree in Exercise Science.

Dan is known for building personalized, results-driven programs that meet clients where they are and push them forward with purpose. His approach combines experience, education, and consistency – helping clients improve strength, movement, and overall health in a sustainable way.

In addition to working with clients, Dan plays an active role in developing future fitness professionals. As an NPTI instructor, he educates and mentors aspiring trainers, and he also certifies individuals in CPR, AED, and First Aid.

Over the years, Dan has built a loyal client base across Philadelphia, Montgomery County, and Bucks County. His commitment to high standards, continued growth, and real results has made him a trusted name in the local fitness community.

About Jared

Jared grew up in Malvern, PA where he ran cross country and wrestled for all of middle school and high school. Jared has always been active and has enjoyed helping people find ways that they can enjoy being active. This led him to realize that he wanted to pursue a career in personal training. Jared enrolled in the National Person Training Institute and it has been the best decision in his life. Jared is excited to meet new people and help all of his clients enjoy a healthy lifestyle with Hit Fitness Training.

About Mack

Mack works with both in-studio and in-home clients, bringing consistency, intensity, and real-world training experience to every session.

After studying at Community College of Philadelphia, he continued his education at the National Personal Training Institute, where he earned his Diploma in Personal Training and a Certificate in Nutrition.

Living and training in Philadelphia, Mack developed a no-excuses approach – learning how to stay consistent and get results in any environment. That mindset carries into his coaching today, where he specializes in athletic performance, boxing, and running. He helps clients build strength, endurance, and resilience that translates beyond the gym.

Mack pushes his clients to level up, but meets them where they are – whether you’re an athlete looking to perform or just ready to train with more purpose.

About Lilah

After graduating from Temple University in 2013, Lilah set out to travel the world – living in over 20 countries and learning five languages along the way.

Fitness has always been a constant in her life. Throughout her travels, she taught yoga, stretching, HIIT, and other training styles across a wide range of settings and cultures.

After returning to the U.S., Lilah enrolled in the National Personal Training Institute, where she built a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and nutrition.

Lilah brings a global perspective and high energy to every session. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, or simply feeling better day to day, she’s focused on helping you move well, stay consistent, and actually enjoy the process.

About Liam

Liam is a personal trainer who specializes in fat loss, muscle gain, and strength training for all types of clients. He brings a high-intensity, motivational coaching style while emphasizing proper form, movement quality, and long-term results.

He has gone through his own transformation, losing 90 pounds, giving him a real understanding of what it takes to stay consistent and create lasting change. Through his own personal journey as well as helping others through theirs, he grew a passion for helping others achieve their goals. This lead him to enrolling in the National Personal Training Institute to earn his certificate in Personal Training and Nutrition.
Liam’s focus is helping clients become stronger, healthier, and more confident through structured training and accountability.
